Pattern Notes and Errata [updated Sept 20/09]
I’m not perfect (yet), but I’m working on it.
Here live notes and errata for my patterns, posted as I become aware of them. If you encounter any further errata or have found a way to make something work a little better for you, please feel free to let me know!

Hi
I am taking a knitting class on knitting my first adult sweater. I have chosen to knit your Basic Black. I wonder if you could answer a question for me. In the stitch instructions you have directions for “SSP” but I can’t find this anywhere in the directions. Can you explain where I use this direction.
Thanks. Can’t wait to start.
Karen
I would like to learn how to SSP also I am making a pair of two needle slippers & this is in the pattern anxious to make them for the Grandchldren
I love your So Simple Silk Garden Socks, but the PDF file doesn’t seem to have the pattern attached. Will you be putting this up or will I have to think and worry and try and cry about this until I come up with a pattern that would NEVER equal the beauty of the one you have already knitted. Just let me know so that I can commence the crying now. I’ll think later.
Thanks.
Jo
Hello, I in the beginning of your SO SIMPLE SILK GARDEN socks. I just made my first cable and they look great. This is probably a stupid question but……
After the first cable progression the pattern states to:
“repeat the last 7 rounds…..”
Please tell me which rounds. Do you mean all the way back to the K1, P1 at the beginning, at the top of the page, then doing the next rounds which is repeated 6 times, continuing with the next round which has the cable work? I counted back 7 rounds and that would be it. Unless I am thinking too hard and not understanding what you mean.
I hope I made my question clear. Thank you. Denise
